COMCAST SUCKS!

I get the internet so I can make a little change. I blog. I do surveys. Trust me...it doesn't qualify me as a 1 percenter! I make gas money to go look for real jobs. I make money to last until the food stamps come in. Don't judge me! The technical ex is on disability. After rent, car insurance, my scrips (since I am not on Medicaid and we have no insurance) and what the VA takes for the tech ex's meds, we have MAYBE $100 for gas. That gas is for job searches, doctor's appointments (and some of his are in West Virginia! We live in Maryland!,and the normal grocery runs.And, since he gets a disability check...which he is entitled to!...and he is a VET, hence the VA appointments!...our food assistance has been reduced by $144! He has high blood pressure, diabetes and has survived 2 strokes in 2007. Despite Sean Hannity and his crew,(Malkin and other vipers), and Bill O'Reilly,(who I have repeatedly said I like), we are still the pariahs of FOX News. Entitled?!?! We just want to live! I want to work but my expertise is Customer Service Call Centers. Most of them where moved to India and the like during the Bush administration. I have a great retail background but my teeth are really bad and no one thinks I should be the face of their company. Did ya NOT hear that I don't have INSURANCE?!?!?! And yet I am still not for Obamacare. I am less than impressed by Romney when it was discovered that he outsourced as a governor and a Bain Capital raider. COMCAST, who I hear owns NBC, will take our money but not fix our net connection. They could've fixed it properly when they installed it. They didn't, but they still took the installation fee. When it failed, they sent a tech who said he would not "crawl around in the rafters", but DISH Network hooked us up in May 2011 WITHOUT crawling around in the rafters. In March 2012 the net went down. The tech says its the fault of our cable and the landlord owns the cable, He did a quick fix. Now I must let every reader know that cable/net is NOT in my rent, so the landlord lets that up to us. On 6/21 the restaurant below my apartment DISCONNECTED my internet and connected his. He says COMCAST did it but the tech says he did it. We were without internet til 6/14. Today the net went out because the restaurant called in an outage. The tech disconnected US! When my son went down, we were reconnected and the tech had the gall to tell him that he would give him the cable and he could replace it in the crawlspace that we already know is not needed for a new connect! Is it any wonder the economy is trashed. OBAMA and ROMNEY are so disconnected that these businesses...and I use the word loosely...DON"T CARE! There was an old joke when I was a teen that went like this. A patient took a prescription to a pharmacist. He demanded to know what the doctor wrote because he couldn't understand it. The pharmacist glanced at the scrip and translated: I got mine, now you get yours. Is it any wonder we are in an economic plunge?

Nancy Grace is a MORON! She has never lived in Texas. I did. The man beaten to death had several east coast addresses. The man who killed him could invite him to the ranch but doesn't know the address for 911? The scenario could be that the dead man was running drugs for the killer and shorted him in money. Family members are going to vouch for the man. Flora could've also been hovering over the killer's wife but the daughter was a more believable victim. Who doesn't know where they are? The father couldn't give an address of HIS FATHER'S RANCH? The state of TX should pick up the charges of homicide, justifiable homicide and involuntary manslaughter. Let a JURY sort it out! People doing CPR is a perfect cover up for a perfect crime. I hope Texas picks it up, because the state of TEXAS does reserve the right to override a grand jury and has done so on many occasions. Get this moron Grace off the air before the network get sued for defamation. Flora HAS NO RECORD! My son was molested and his confession put the man away for 16 years...but he had a previous list of complaints that Dallas couldn't or wouldn't prosecute. Let her debate me, if she dares.

Sean Hannity is now officially the Chief Elder of the Brotherhood of Hypocritical Morons! No surprise there, huh? Fox News and the likes of Elisabeth Hasselbeck put down reality shows like "The Jersey Shore" but Bristol Palin's new show is a "docu-diary" or some such conservative bullshit. I am not a fan of reality TV. "Survivor" is a farce. "The Bachelor/Bachelorette" series, (an Elisabeth Hasselbeck must watch), is a direct affront to marriage/relationship in the USA. And Hannity objects to gay marriage? STRAIGHT MARRIAGE is a 50/50 proposition in this country. and with the likes of "The Bachelor/Bachelorette" series, it ain't gettin' any better. That show is all about a hook-up, much like Snookie, the Situation and the cast of "Jersey Shore". Bristol Palin would be on the wrong side of the tar brush if she was not Sarah Palin's daughter. I am the product of an unwed teen mom and in 1959 that was not something you sent through the TV. All these shows glorifying teen moms do not belong on TV. Parents need to TALK to their kids about sex. Abstinance does not work. Abortion was never meant to be a means of birth control. I didn't get pregnant until after I was married. And I certainly didn't subject my kids to growing up in front of TV camera. Grow up, Bristol. You are making money on the back of your son, Tripp. You are a role model for a bunch of young teens who think that they can do it if Bristol can. You are not a hardship case. Your family have the bucks that most of us do not. Do the best thing for Tripp and raise him OUT of the spotlight. And Sean Hannity? Shut up, hypocrite! And, for the record? I got married because the word gay was unspoken in my town. I am an out and proud lesbian with a strong friendship with the father of my sons. OOOPS! Better not say that too loud. Someone might want stick cameras in my house!

Has the country lost its Freaking MIND?!?!?!?

Yesterday I took aim at Fox News' continual bashing of Planned Parenthood via the phony baloney hidden camera exposes. I stand by that because I don't believe one can get a fair and balanced report from someone posing as pregnant and falsifying a scenario. But for the house to defeat a bill banning gender based abortions and the White House backing it up is a disgrace to this country! Are we heading toward China, where a girl baby can be killed simply because they impose a limit on children and people want boys to carry on for the family?!?!? The Democrats accuse the Republicans for starting and maintaining a war on women yet it is now okay to abort a fetus simply on the basis of gender? We are either heading toward China or becoming like the mythological race of women as portrayed in the old DC comic "Wonder Woman". Neither is acceptable for this country and, as a father of 2 daughters, I would expect...no...I would demand Barack Obama to speak up against this stupidity. I don't want Roe v Wade overturned. As a woman, I control my body and would expect to continue that control. But abortion was never meant to be a means of birth control much less gender selection. Birth control should be mandatory for all public assistance families who just keep having kids. The country can not afford to subsidize families who think it is okay to keep having kids and not be able to support them on their own. Media should stop glorifying overpopulation and irresponsibility by making TV shows based on the Duggars, Jon and Kate, the Octomom and even teen mother reality shows. If you can't afford it, you save for it or work hard to maintain it, but the out of control deficit surely isn't teaching the lessons that my parents taught me. My technical ex is not on disability because he wants to be, it is because he HAS to be. The EBT card is not something he wants but something he needs because the mothly disability doesn't cover everything necessary to keep a roof over the head, power on, etc.. Wake up, USA! The country needs to stop referring to entitlement spending and call it what it is...a living assistance. They just need to be stricter on the rules for getting it. If you are awaiting your 5th child...or the 30th like the guy recently locked up for not supporting his kids...and you have no job, you don't deserve squat. Assistance was always meant as a hand up, not a hand out.

Hannity's Fantasy

Fox News has jabbered on about Planned Parenthood for a long time. For the last two nights they they have been touting Lila Rose and her cronies for making up a story about wanting an abortion because the make believe baby was the wrong sex. This happened in Austin, TX! Rick Perry must be so proud! Of course they had their little hidden camera rolling and the PP employee DID go along with the story and was properly fired for it. But Twerp Hannity uses this farce proclaim that this is the norm. I have dealt with Planned Parenthood over the years and these trumped up crappy "caught on tape" stories are indeed NOT the norm. Thne he puts that lemon sucking, vindictive little witch, Michelle Malkin on to spray her venom about Michelle Obama. I am not a fan of the current President and his wife. I am SICK of seeing them on every TV show I turn on, knowing full well that the travel required is on the tax payers' dime. I confess...I like Disney, but I don't want to see Michelle Obama showing fawning little kids who aren't even old enough to vote how to eat. And Joy Behar might just as well got down on the floor at President and Mrs. Obama's feet and just gazed up adoringly during the whole show when they appeared on The View. Barbara Walters, too, and I expected more of a woman to prides herself on being a true journalist. C'mon. They are flesh and blood PEOPLE, not gods! I don't want the government telling me what to eat and when to eat it. If Mrs. Obama wants us to eat better then do something to cut out farm subsidies for corn and the like and try to bring down the cost of food over all. SHE might be able to afford arugula and organic carrots but the majority of Americans cannot. Both parties suck. In November it is just a matter of who sucks worse: Romney or Obama.

Hannity, the disrespectful little twerp, strikes again. I DON'T like Obama's politics as they are today. I am SICK of seeing him and his wife on every program I watch. But the "Dreams From My Father" book came out before the election. Does Hannity want us to believe that NO REPUBLICANS knew how to crack that book before the election? Damn! That party is just as stupid as the Democrats! My adopted mom was born in 1913! Her father was a county sheriff. She followed in his stead and, I think to stick it to her drunken first husband,went to work for the "revenuers". Her job was to go to the purveyors of mountain spirits and ask for a bottle of their best. Well, they would give her a "taste" and she would nod like she was going back to the car for her purse. But she would spit it into a glass and the still runners were busted. But there is ALWAYS a risk. Once on a PA section called BearTown, she turned to find all the still runner's boys cocking their shotguns. She said some HAD to be from the Civil War. And the "boss" told her to swallow it. She did and, until the day she died in Feb. 1983, she said it burned all the way down. But she married a man who joined the SeaBees and he had battle fatigue. Then in Nov. 1948 she married my adopted dad, the son of a moonshiner! She was a democrat and a Yankees fan. My adopted dad was a republican and an Orioles fan. My adopted dad was a deacon in the Lutheran church they were married in. He was unfaithful with her first cousin when mom was getting over a stroke and legally blind and he was an alcoholic who told me that I either drank my whiskey straight or I should let it alone. She went to her grave believing that Prohibition was a failure. She remembered getting cocaine at the dentist! She believed the War on Drugs was waste of government resources and time. Would she have voted for Barack Obama if she lived? Probably not because she didn't believe in mixing races. I had a friend in grade school from the Philipines and she called him a little Jap. She was of German descent and called them followers of "that little paper hanger". We know Clinton smoked weed. We know that cocaine use and his papa kept "W" from Viet Nam...but he became president...and a lousy one at that. Clinton left a surplus. "W" left a deficit and President Obama is digging a bigger hole for America. No doubt. But Romney put a health care in place when he was governor of Mass. I did time under "W's" governorship for something I didn't do. Where is Hannity's Media Mash when Mexicans and, yes, ME were being falsely charged by Dallas PD's so-called undercover officers who were later charged and convicted for using pool chalk and gypsum to charge/convict us. Bush, and later Perry, did not pardon any wrongly convicted folks. And now there is evidence that Texas EXECUTED wrongly convicted men. I still want Texas to admit that they were wrong in convicting me. The judge that sentenced me, Harold Entz, let a man go on a monitor and he cut it off and killed a cop. So much for justice, right? But I would like my record cleared, since I had NO DRUGS IN MY POSSESSION. I was borrowing a car from a someone who did possess drugs and was supposedly fixing up a duplex for my family. By the way, he got 8 years and was released in 6 months. The illegal HOLDING drugs in his hat, got 5 years and was deported by to Mexico at the end of that. He was back in Texas in less than a month! With the good ol' boys in power in Austin, my pardon ain't happening. Both "W" and the current president need to stop the hypocrisy.

Who hires these commentary morons?!?!?

I like news channels. Fox News is my favorite cable offering solely because of Greta Van Sustern and Bill O'Reilly. Sean Hannity is a disrespectful little twerp. My ex was in the military. My adopted Dad was in WWII, Both always said you didn't have to like the man, but you had to respect the uniform. I don't like President Obama's policies but his IS the commander in chief. Hannity calls him all kinds of names other than president. I lived in Texas and I think former President George W. Bush was an absolute moron...he's out of office so I can say that now...but I had to respect the office to which he was duly elected. But I digress. HLN needs to yank the mike out of Nancy Grace's self-righteous paws. She went after Casey Anthony with all the energy of a rabid dog, and look where it got her! All of her stupid air quotes couldn't get Anthony convicted. Personally, I don't think she was guilty. The person I believe got away with murder was exonerated by Grace because of their stellar past record. Horsefeathers! According to Grace, all the stuff police gather should be part of her/HLN's private feeding trough. Never mind that a guilty person watching could get something that they could use to counteract a prosecutor. She wants everything out over the airwaves and gets visibly angry if a lawyer or a cop disagrees with her. And any CSI fan knows that a polygraph is NOT admissible and not mandatory. Grace believes that if a person passes a polygraph they HAVE to be not guilty. That was evident on her broadcast of 5/24/12. Just because a little geek cried in front of the camera and passed a polygraph said geek is not guilty. The very definition of geek says that person knows how to pass a polygraph. And, let's not forget George Zimmerman. NO ONE on HLN will play the full 911 call. Grace denied the photos of Zimmerman's injuries until she could no longer justifiably do so. Someone forgot to tell her that she is NOT a doctor! She swears she heard a racial slur even when one of HLN's big dogs said he couldn't hear the same slur. They could show Zimmerman's old mugshots for months and the child photos of Travon Martin. Only after Zimmerman turned himself in did we see how he really looked. And only recently they did finally show a towering teenager during his last trip to 7/11. No one deserves to die but HLN doesn't have the right to try folks on the air just because the FCC gave them a broadcast license. I am sick of Grace's crocodile tears at the mention on her kids and the constant rehashing of how she was the fiancee of a murder victim. All she cares about is ratings now and I would be willing to bet that she never gave a damn about guilt or innocence when she was a prosecutor. Just another notch on her lawyer belt. Hate to break it to you, sweetheart, but you are no longer a prosecutor. The constitution guarantees we are innocent until PROVEN guilty...not guilty because Nancy Grace says so on the air with air quotes.
